About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this site, run by Raju Shanigarapu, a sole individual based in the Netherlands. Registration with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) is pending; there is no VAT (BTW) number yet. Contact: rajub4u927@gmail.com.

Offers on this site

• Offers are described in good faith and labelled by status. Available offers have a described scope and a listed price. Pilot offers are run with a small number of early clients and their scope is agreed per pilot. Offers marked in preparation or separate venture cannot be booked.
• Listed prices are in euros and are indicative until confirmed in a written quote. The quote also states how VAT applies.
• Nothing on this site is a binding offer. A paid engagement only starts once a written quote or statement of work is accepted in writing by both sides.
• There is no payment on this site and nothing can be bought through it. How and when paid work is invoiced is set in the written agreement.

Introductory calls

Booking a free introductory call does not commit you to anything. Either side can cancel or reschedule it.

Paid engagements

Scope, price, timeline, payment terms, confidentiality and liability for paid work are set in the written statement of work for that engagement. If that agreement differs from this site, the agreement applies.

Samples and demos

Sample reports, demos and run logs on this site illustrate how the work is done. Demos use synthetic data and public example projects, not client data. They are not a promise of a specific result for your situation.

Content and open-source code

The text and design of this site are copyright Raju Shanigarapu. Open-source projects linked from this site are covered by the licence in their own repository.

Liability

The information on this site is provided as it is. I take care to keep it accurate, but cannot guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, and it is not advice for your specific situation. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for damage resulting from using the information on this site. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; I am not responsible for their content.

For paid work, liability and any limit on it are to be agreed in the written statement of work for that engagement.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law gives you the right to go to another court.
